"Aurora" hotel offers its guests various gym facilities.

 The gym is located on the second floor of a six-storey housing. The gym is divided into power, cardio and fitness room.

Guests staying at the hotel can use the facilities for free. Also, our hotel invites everyone for regular exercising and beauty care through the system of monthly subscriptions.

Classes in the cardio area are used for warm-up before the main workout, as well as to strengthen the cardiovascular system, increasing cardio-respiratory endurance and weight loss.

In the power section of the gym, you can carry out weight training and bodybuilding.

In the area of "free weights" for strength training, there is a variety of simulators to perform basic exercises. In addition, there is a full range of dumbbells and barbells, equipped with plenty of different weights.

Regular yoga classes are hosted in a fitness room for all age groups, as well as eastern dance lessons.

The main advantages of our gym are: a spacious room with a mirrored wall; - A wide range of sports equipment and advice of an experienced coach; - Indoor temperature is kept constant at 18 degrees Celsius; - A modern air conditioning system.
